We do not offer refunds; all sales are final.

Since we love to keep our customers happy, we do offer a one-time exchange for candle scents, (since you can’t smell a candle through the internet) but only if the customer pays return shipping. We always recommend getting a few $1 wax melts to sample the scents if you’re unsure of what you’ll like :)

If there are any concerns or damage upon arrival, please contact us with a photo and invoice details immediately!
