Scoop 1/2-1 cup of your herbal epsom salt blend into the cotton bag. Tie tightly closed and place under warm running water, then let it float in your bath for about 5 minutes. Soak, breathe, and enjoy. When finished, empty herbs, rinse the bag, and hang to dry & reuse!
