One of the first tea blends I created, this mineral rich blend of nettle, red raspberry leaf and hibiscus is a sweet and tart way to happy hormones! This Women’s Wellness Blend contains herbs that are specially selected for their ability to help strengthen and tone the uterus, which can aid in less cramps and pms symptoms.

• Nettle: nutrient dense, may help reduce inflammation 
• Hibiscus: high in antioxidants, may lower blood pressure & reduce bacterial growth
